It supports multiple types of surface mount component packages, such as 0402, BGA, QFN, QFP, POP, etc. Our products carry out the quality system standard strictly. Focus on industrial and consumer electronic products, we provide patch, plug-in, welding, assembly and other services, to meet customer product needs.

松下AM100多功能贴片机搭载多功能14吸嘴贴装头，贴装元件最小尺寸为0402封装，最大尺寸为120*90*28㎜，能够贴装大型连接器和异型件。贴装PCB最小尺寸为50*50㎜，最大PCB尺寸为510*460㎜，最多可同时安装8mm边带物料120种。

全自动锡膏印刷机（型号：GKG G5），精度0.025mm，可印刷最小PCB尺寸为50*50㎜。最大可印刷PCB尺寸为400*310㎜。

多功能无铅回流炉(型号:JTR-800)，拥有8个温控区。
